Kylie Kelce was not about to take on an NFL fee for her husband Jason Kelce’s on-the-field behavior.
The 33-year-old wife of the retired Philadelphia Eagles center opened up about the one big rule she had for Jason while he was playing in the NFL on the Thursday, Oct. 23 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast.
“What I did often, often remind him, was that if a fight broke out, that he better keep all 10 of his piggy toes on the outside of that field,” Kylie said while discussing the NFL’s player fines. “Because you wanna know another way they pop you? If you so much as step a foot onto that field when you were not previously on that field, while there is a fight happening, even if you went out there to break it up: Fine. Fine dollars out of your pocket into the NFL’s.”
The mother of four added of the organization, “They they don’t f— around with that. They do not f— around with that.”

She added that she wasn’t sure whether the rules had changed since Jason, 37, retired in 2024, but said that at the time, it was a main focus for her.
“When Jason was there, that was my pep talk,” she said. “My pep talk was like, ‘Hey, doesn’t involve you. You keep your ass where it is. Don’t do it.”

She added that she didn’t think her husband would be the one breaking up a fight on the field.
“As much as I would love to say that Jason would be the one that would hop in there and be the peacekeeper breaking it up, you and I both know. You and I both know,” she quipped. “I’m pretty sure he was going and swinging.”
On the Wednesday, Oct. 22 episode of his and brother Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast, Jason reiterated that he has no plans to return to the field, in light of another former Eagle Brandon Graham deciding to unretire.
There’s no considering. I am not coming out [of retirement],” he told the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. “It is a firm decision.”
The ESPN correspondent said he was “too busy” to play before adding, “Listen, if I wanted to and I felt like I could, I would come back in a heartbeat. I mean, I think that spraining my calf jumping rope last year during the season, I knew my body can’t do this.”
Jason and Kylie also have their hands full at home as parents to their four daughters: Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 6 months.
