I\u00a0told myself, \u201cWouldn\u2019t it\u00a0be\u00a0strange if\u00a0I tried to\u00a0remember this moment for the rest of\u00a0my\u00a0life?\u201d<br>And so I did. For no reason whatsoever, almost 20 years later, I still remember that instant. I was a strange kid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One Easter when\u00a0I was younger, my\u00a0Dad bought my\u00a0sister and me\u00a012\u00a0Cr\u00e8me Eggs to\u00a0share. We\u00a0had one on\u00a0Easter and planned to\u00a0enjoy more the next day.<br>To our dismay, they were all gone. Dad had eaten 10 in one night and claimed they were about to go off, so he had no choice. When I\u00a0saw him pull into the parking lot, I\u00a0said goodbye to\u00a0my\u00a0friends and walked out to\u00a0the car. I\u00a0opened the back door and slid into the seat, only to\u00a0see a\u00a0man who wasn\u2019t my\u00a0dad.<br>He looked at me and said, \u201cI\u2019ll give you whatever you want, just don\u2019t harm me or steal my car.\u201d Realizing my mistake, I apologized, jumped out of the car, and ran back into the coffee shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When I\u00a0was 7, I\u00a0thought it\u00a0would be\u00a0a\u00a0good idea to\u00a0take a\u00a0$100 bill off the counter and bring it\u00a0to\u00a0school to\u00a0\u201cfind\u201d it. I\u00a0hoped\u00a0I could keep\u00a0it, but the teachers outside made me\u00a0return it\u00a0to\u00a0the front office.<br>They said I could keep it if no one claimed it. Sure enough, someone did claim it, and I was incredibly disappointed, without any money. Ah, good times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When I was about 3 years old, my dad encouraged me to remove the training wheels from my bike. I was a bit scared, but eventually, I agreed. He pushed me, and on my first try, I rode for about 100 meters.
