According to a Twitter post, a monk from Bao Hua Son Temple in Khanh Hoa province had rescued the dogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mira Eleonora Pantazopol Loredanescu, a linguist from Bucharest, painted a less cheerful picture.
